Topower Warranty Policy
All Topower products are under a one year manufacturer warranty policy unless otherwise implied during the time of purchase.Topower warrants to the original consumer purchaser that Topower computer products carrying Topower brand name shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after the original date of purchase. At its option, Topower will repair or replace such Topower product which proves to be defective within such warranty period at no cost to the original consumer purchaser. This limited warranty shall not apply if the Topower product has been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, service, or modification by anyone other than Topower or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship. To receive in-warranty service, a defective product must be delivered to Topower no later than 1 week after the end of the warranty period. The product must be accompanied by proof of date of purchase satisfactory to Topower by a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number issued by Topower. For an RMA number, contact Topower RMA Department at (626) 935-1688, or write to Topower Computer Inc. at 18531 E. Gale Ave. , City of Industry, CA 91748. Purchasers must prepay all delivery costs or shipping charges to return any defective Topower product under this warranty policy. If you ship any such product, we suggest you package it securely, (using the original packing materials if possible) and insure it for its full value, as Topower assumes no liability for any loss or damage occuring during shipment.
After the warranty period expressed above or implied during the time of purchase, labor is available for a minimum charge of $10.00.
