  • All Topower Products are under a one-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise implied at the time of purchase.

  •  Topower will repair or replace products cover inside the warranty period at no cost to the original consumer purchaser.

  • This limited warranty shall not apply if the Topower product has been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, service, or modification by anyone other than Topower or by any other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

  •  To receive in-warranty service products must be accompanied by proof of date of purchase and a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number issued by Topower.5)      Purchasers must prepay all delivery costs or shipping charges to return any defective Topower product.

  • If you ship any such product, we suggest you package it securely, (using the original packing materials if possible) and insure it for its full value, as Topower assumes no liability for any loss or damage during shipment.

  •  An RMA number must be issued for return products. Products returned with no RMA number will be lost.

  •  Credit memo is issued only for authorized products returned in resalable condition with in 30 days of invoice date.

  •  All returns for credit that are not in the original packaging or with lost accessories will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

  •   All claims for incomplete part(s), or damages must be made within 10 days from receipt of the good(s).11)  All chassis products showing signs of modification or usage will not be repaired or credited and will be returned.

  •  Credit will not be issued for OEM/Custom-made part(s). They will only be repaired within the 1 year warranty period.

  •  All RMA numbers are valid for  14 days  from the date of issue.
